Refund/Exchange Policy

If you accidentally receive a pin with an issue, we ask that you reach out via the "Contact Us" link on the navigation bar or email <help@yoyosalley.com>. This outreach must be made within 14 days of package delivery. If outreach does not occur within those 14 days the item will NOT be refunded or exchanged. 

Refund, exchanges or vouchers will be offered on a case by case bases after being evaluated by Yoali and/or the Yoyo team. After using one of the above methods to contact us, a team member will reach out.

Issues can include but are not limited to:  ruined back post, major flaw to the pin/enamel, missing screen pin, deep scratch or hole. Please keep in mind these pins are all hand made and while we all have different standards of what is an acceptable pin, minor imperfections can happen. Believe us, no one more than Yoali wants to create and produce beautiful pins.
